STATES / REGION / DISTRICT WHOLESALERS REQUEST
We, Tom’s Stickers, sincerely request for states / region / district wholesalers to join us as our business partner in our products and services development. Interested prospects please contact Tom’s Stickers immediately.
PROSPECT:
- States / Region / District well known car accessories / modification shop;
- Minimum turnover and purchases required ( volume depends on individual conditions for different states / region / district );
- With general understanding in car stickers products and knowledge in stickers installation;
- Experience in car stickers marketing.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No joining fees needed. For wholesaler who joint Tom’s Stickers, no minimum of purchase volume requirement will be fixed. However , commission will be calculated based on volume of quantity.
- Limited wholesaler will be allocated for every states / region / district, depends on market demand. Tom’s Stickers marketing team will assist and support wholesalers’ marketing needs. We will also enhance our products and services range to support wholesalers’ sales volume
- Wholesalers are strictly allowed to deal in Tom’s Stickers products and services ONLY and no other related or similar products and/or services. Tom’s Stickers reserved the right to withdraw wholesaler if there is any breach of agreement. We reserved to claim any compensation for our marketing lost.
- Wholesaler is not allowed to make adjustment on market price without prior consent from Tom’s Stickers. All the changes in market price are only allowed after proper consideration on marketing condition for related area. Wholesaler is not allowed to expend its marketing area to other wholesaler compound in order to protect all the wholesalers’ benefits and rights.
- Wholesale agreement will be terminate if purchases amount under minimum requirement of continuously two (2) months and/or breach of wholesale agreement.
- Goods are delivery only on payment-received basis. Wholesaler is responsible to inspect the goods delivered and acknowledge receipt goods in good resaleable conditions.
- Wholesaler is responsible to protect goodwill and image os Tom’s Stickers. We will investigate any complain from customers on either products or services quality. If wholesaler found irresponsible, wholesaler agreement will be terminated. Tom’s Stickers reserved the right to recall any compensation from wholesaler for losses incurred.
- All other terms and conditions will be specifying in details in the wholesale agreement.
